FaraidHub does not guarantee that a generated document will be legally valid in every country or circumstance.

Islamic Calculations: Although every effort has been made to accurately implement the recognised principles of Islamic inheritance according to the selected madhab, the final determination of inheritance remains subject to Islamic jurisprudence, applicable civil law and the specific facts of each estate. Obtain qualified legal and religious advice before distributing any estate.

4. Accuracy of Calculations

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our calculators reflect the recognised principles of Islamic inheritance and the positions of the four major Sunni schools of jurisprudence. However, no automated calculator can account for every possible legal or factual circumstance.

Certain situations — including but not limited to cross-border estates, disputed family relationships, complex trusts, business structures, court orders, adoption, succession laws, tax implications and exceptional jurisprudential cases — may require specialist legal or religious advice.
